Review: Adventures of Pip

Adventures of Pip is a charming side scrolling platformer where you play as a single Pixel named Pip. Now, this isn’t Adventure on the Atari so as you progress in the game, Pip is granted the interested ability to evolve into an 8-bit or 32-bit character which largely serves to provide a bit of a

The latest episode is out for Square Enix and Dontnod’s Life is Strange. Episode 3: Chaos Theory, has an ending that easily trumps the hugely impactful ending of the previous episode. Though I can’t help but wonder what kind of changes this will have on the story going forward into Episode 4. Without spoiling anything, Episode 2’s ending

Review: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker

Explode into Popularity The Shin Megami Tensei series of games is probably, right now, the most popular RPG series that nobody I know has ever heard of. Review: Etrian Mystery Dungeon

The Rogue Wanderer In a past review of mine, I discussed a bit about the Roguelike genre. Feel free to take a look back at that for a quick overview. Today, I want to narrow it down a bit. Specifically, I wanted to talk about a certain well-known series in the Roguelike genre. That series

Review: Resident Evil Revelations 2

The last main entry in the Resident Evil series wasn’t received very well. Resident Evil 6 was criticized for trying to pack too many stories into a single game. Before that however was the release of Resident Evil Revelations on the Nintendo 3DS which was surprisingly good given it’s handheld home. Years later, after the
