As this was the first of two Live Letters for the new patch, there is no trailer yet and we did not get any live gameplay for the new content.

We didn’t get much more information on the new Deep Dungeon yet but we might in one of the upcoming Live Letters.

Next up on the list of topics was the continued Duty Support System for Heavensward, now extending to all MSQ dungeons up to Baelsar’s Wall, allowing players to do all story-related dungeons with NPCs. Out of all of the dungeons, the Aerotherochemical Research Facility will likely see the biggest changes, especially to the third boss.
