Everything Announced at the Capcom E3 2021 Showcase

Today, Capcom took to the internet to show gamers around the world what to expect for their recent and future releases with their E3 2021 showcase!

Resident Evil: Village

After Resident Evil: Village launched last month to a great reception, Producer Tsuyoshi Kanda thanked players for the in a video message. Resident Evil RE:Verse, a multiplayer title that was supposed to go live alongside of Village, will now go live next month.

It was also announced that DLC for Resident Evil: Village is now in development, though no details were given.

Monster Hunter Stories 2

Starting on June 25, players will be able to download a trial version of Monster Hunter Stories 2. Additionally, players will be able to receive the Palamute from Monster Hunter Rise for free as part of the game’s first title update.

Monster Hunter Stories 2 launches on July 9 for the Nintendo Switch.

Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise will also get something from Stories 2 in the form of an event quest that awards Palico armor (June 18) and the ability to use save data from Stories 2 to unlock the “Rider” layered armor set for their hunter (July 9).

The game will also see new events with new cosmetic rewards, as well as new paid DLC which will be available starting June 24. Additional updates will be arriving at the end of July, and in August.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles

In this prequel, players will assume the role of Phoenix Wright’s ancestor as he teams up with Herlock Sholmes to make deductions before venturing into the courtroom. Gameplay was shown of two new features, Dance of Deduction, and Summation Examination.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles will launch on July 7 for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).
