PlayStation’s State of Play Gives Updates for Crash, Godfall and More.

Today, PlayStation streamed another State of Play stream aimed at providing updates for third-party titles for PlayStation 4 and PSVR in addition to a few updates for PlayStation 5 titles including indie titles.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time

The broadcast began with new information for Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time which shows off new gameplay, cosmetics and more.

Hitman 3

As the broadcast shifted gears into Hitman 3, we got an interesting perspective as it shows off that the game will be available to play with the PSVR. Not only that, but players will be able to play the entire World of Assassination trilogy in VR.

Braid Anniversary Edition

Afterwards, it was announced that Braid Anniversary Edition will be arriving early next year for PlayStation 4 with all of its artwork redone and a plethora of commentary content added into the game.

The Pathless

The Pathless, which arrives later this year for PlayStation 5, showed off some gameplay.

Spelunky 2

Spelunky 2 on PlayStation 4 will be adding online multiplayer. The game will arrive on September 15.

Genshin Impact

A new trailer for Genshin Impact on PlayStation 4 set to release Autumn this year.

Aeon Must Die

The world premiere trailer for Aeon Must Die, coming next year for PlayStation 4.

ANNO: Mutationem

ANNO: Mutationem will arrive in December for the PlayStation 4.


More footage was shown for Bugsnax, showing the player locating and trapping various bugsnax and the town of Snaxburg. The game is set to arrive this holiday for PlayStation 5.

Vader Immortal

An update for Vader Immortal on PSVR sets the game to release on August 25.

Control AWE Expansion

The first footage of the long awaited AWE expansion (called the Alan Wake Expansion by fans) for Remedy’s Control was shown. It will release on August 27.

Auto Chess

Auto Chess arrives on PlayStation 4 October 31.

The Pedestrian

The Pedestrian will arrive on PlayStation 4 in January next year.

Hood: Outlwas & Legends

Hood: Outlaws & Legends arrives next year on PlayStation 5.


Tetem will arrive on PlayStation 5 next year.


Last, but certainly not lease, new footage of PlayStation 5’s Godfall which launches this holiday was shown to close out the stream.
