Itch.io’s Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality is Their Largest Yet

In light of the Black Lives Matter protests taking place around the world, itch.io has unleashed their biggest bundle yet to support the cause.

The Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality contains over 740 works from over 560 creators, including assets, music, visual novels, tabletop RPGs, and games such as Night in the Woods, Oxenfree, Minit, and Overland.

This bundle is valued at $3,400 and is available on a pay-what-you-want basis with a minimum donation of $5. The proceeds from the bundle will be split equally between the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and the Community Bail Fund, with a goal to raise $100,000. At the time of writing, the bundle has reached 144% of its goal from over 9,000 contributors with an average donation of around $15.

“We live in a time of racial injustice, inequality, and police brutality against black people,” itch.io states. “We hope that everyone takes a stand in any way that they can. We’ve partnered with creators from all across our platform to support organizations that are working directly with those affected.”

Games in the bundle are available through direct downloads only, with no Steam keys being offered. The download page is also unique to the email address used to purchase it, so it might be important to bookmark it.

This bundle expires on June 16th.
