Another Return Home to Vana'diel and Discount Campaign are Underway!
Every once in a while, Square Enix opens up the doors on old player accounts for Final Fantasy XI, allow players to Return Home to Vana’diel. Starting today, until August 19th, those doors have been opened. For those that want a more hassle free experience for downloading, installing, and updating the game, Square Enix recently released a brand new installer for the game which can be found here.
In addition for being able to log-in to Final Fantasy XI for free during that time, a discount campaign is also being held. For those that jump back into Vana’diel and decide that they want to stick around for a bit, the expansions are on sale, and world transfers are half off.
Starting on August 13th, there will also be a new Login Campaign, which will reward players points for each time they jump into the game, which can be redeemed for a variety of items including a Sha Wujing’s Lance, and Adamantoise mount, and a Crimson Chest for your Mog House.
