Today, Square Enix announced Life is Strange- an episodic, narrative driven adventure game being developed by DONTNOD Entertainment (Remeber Me).
The game takes place in Arcadia Bay, Oregon where senior Max Caulfield returns and reunites with her former friend Chloe to attempt to uncover the truth about the disappearance of their fellow student Rachel Amber. Life is Strange will feature a hand-drawn art style along with a compelling story-driven experience where choices will have a key role in how the story unfolds. That sounds nice, but what’s the twist? The twist is that Max discovers she has a unique power: the ability to rewind time!
A few images have been released and the game will be available this week at Gamescom so expect to hear more soon!
The game will be available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC
