After completing the previous turn 13 days ago, Blue Garter has just announced that they have defeated turn 4 of the Second Binding Coil of Bahamut (also referred to as turn 9) and having done so makes them the first in the world.
For their efforts, they received the High Allagan Pantaloons of Healing and the High Allagan Blade.
