Earlier today at Sony’s press conference, it was announced that the beta for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will arrive on the PlayStation 4 on February 22nd of next year.

It was also announced that those who have already purchased the game on the PlayStation 3 will be able to download the game on the PlayStation 4 free of charge. Definitely great news for people that were worried about having to purchase the game twice on both consoles- or those who were going to wait on the PS4’s release!
