Please note that this issue was caused due to difficulties with the database equipment. As stated in a previous announcement, if you wish to have an item lost during technical difficulties reimbursed, you may then contact a GM who will investigate your case and reimburse any items that can be restored.
* Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse any items that were lost due to a rollback, including items that were obtained from treasure chests.
