The investigation conducted by our Development Team and technical staff has revealed that this issue is being caused by a problem with the database hardware in which the character data is stored. Currently, this hardware is being repaired by its manufacturer.
The manufacturer is close to pinpointing the problem and we should be receiving word from them soon regarding plans for recovery. We will make another announcement as soon as a schedule is set for this.
