As a show of our sincere appreciation to all FINAL FANTASY XI players who contributed to the Square Enix Tohoku Earthquake Crysta Relief Fund, we will be presenting donors with a special in-game gift: the Charity Cap. Further details are outlined below.
[ Item Distribution ]
All players who donated to the Square Enix Tohoku Earthquake Crysta Relief Fund will be eligible to receive a Charity Cap if the following conditions are met:
– The player possesses an active FINAL FANTASY XI Content ID
– The player’s PlayOnline ID is linked to a Square Enix Account
*All players who have donated are eligible, regardless of the amount.
*Even if a PlayOnline ID was not linked at the time of the donation, as long as the PlayOnline ID is linked before May 12, the characters associated with that account will be eligible.
– Items will be distributed after the May 10 version update.
– Items will not be delivered immediately after a player has donated, but rather on certain dates when the donations are tallied.
– The schedule for donation tallies and item delivery will be as follows:
First tally: May 13, 2011 (Fri) for Crysta donated between March 13, 2011 and May 12, 2011.
Second: May 20, 2011 (Fri) for Crysta donated between May 13, 2011 and May 19, 2011.
Third: May 27, 2011 (Fri) for Crysta donated between May 20, 2011 and May 26, 2011.
Fourth: June 24, 2011 (Fri) for Crysta donated between May 27, 2011 and June 23, 2011.
Fifth: July 29, 2011 (Fri) for Crysta donated between June 24, 2011 and July 28, 2011.
Sixth: September 1, 2011 (Thur) for Crysta donated between July 29, 2011 and August 31, 2011.
*Items will be sent out on the dates listed above. Please note that it may take several hours for the items to be delivered.
*These dates are subject to change without notice.
Items will be delivered in-game via the Mog House Management Union (MHMU) to all FINAL FANTASY XI characters associated with an eligible account.
*All characters existing at the time of the tally will receive the item.
*Items will not be sent to characters created after the items have been sent.
*Replacements will not be provided for players who have discarded the item.
We will not be able to answer inquiries about distribution periods or status for specific accounts.
