This an an update regarding the ongoing technical difficulties with the PlayOnline registration servers.
As of Apr. 4, 2011 4:50 (PDT), a temporary measure has been implemented in response to the issue and affected players should no longer encounter a message indicating that their account has been canceled, and should now be able to log in to the game without issue. If you previously encountered an error, please try logging in again.
The issue, however, is still being addressed and complete recovery will take an additional amount time. We would like to ask that any customers who still encounter a "UCS-5024" error upon trying to reactivate their PlayOnline accounts to please wait and try again at a later time.
New updates will follow as additional information becomes available.
