Today, Square Enix released a basic map of their booth layout for Tokyo Game Show. The large space usually used for a Closed Mega Theater is now turned into extra space for the Open Mega Theatre and other playable titles. Additional titles have been added to the list of things to be shown at Tokyo Game Show as well.
People interested in playing Final Fantasy XIII or Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep will need to pick up a special ticket from a ticketing booth set up near the event stage in Hall 2. This ticketing booth will be used by a number of companies to pass out tickets. The SE site says that there will be a separate line for each game. Also, you can only get one ticket per person so no standing in one line while your friend stands in another to get tickets for both games for both people. This is a new system being introduced this year to help out with crowd control. Here’s hoping it helps cut down on standing in massively long lines for hours.
