Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX Gets A Date

Square Enix has announced that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX (already available in Japan) will launch in North America on September 10th.

Pre-orders are now available for the game which includes Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories and cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Those that pre-order will receive a limited edition artwork featuring concept art, character designs and more.

Already out in Japan, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX will see a release in North America sometime this fall.

Today, SQUARE ENIX announced that KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX will be coming to North America. The game, which contains KINGDOM HEARTS FINAL MIX, KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories and HD cinematic videos from KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days will be released this fall for the PlayStation 3.

Previously announced at TGS last year, it was thought that a localization was in the works after voice actor Jessie McCartney posted an image and video of him in the recording room doing work for Roxas.

The game launches in Japan next week.

Back at this year’s Tokyo Game Show, SQUARE ENIX announced KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX. An HD version of KINGDOM HEARTS, KINGDOM HEARTS: Chain of Memories, with videos from KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days.

It has been announced that the title will launch in Japan on March 3rd, 2013 for the PlayStation 3.

There is still no announcement for North America or Europe.

New Darkstalkers In Production, Or Just More Ono Hype?

I almost wet myself when I saw this image. It pretty much confirms a new Darkstalkers. Will it be it’s own title, or will it be an HD: Remix, like the treatment 3rd Strike is getting? (GGPO, Achievements, DLC, the works.)

Unfortunately, it was later clarified as being a teaser. Ono asked fans to hold up cash to prove to Capcom that the series still had life. That’s when the image popped up on the projector. Still… Doesn’t this mean that something is going to happen?

Either way, vanilla Vampire Savior would do well with the HD: Remix treatment, so here’s to wishful thinking! I truly doubt Capcom would let this fly, especially at San Diego Comic Con, without there actually being meat behind it. Let’s file this one under “Hopeful Confirmation“.
